When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries abroad:
The delivery of the goods is worldwide. We deliver foreign deliveries depending on the destination country within 2 to 8 working days.
From 199 € free shipping within the EU and Switzerland.
Under 199 € we calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria, Netherlands: 5,90 €
Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Luxembourg: 9,90 €
Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Norway, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 19.90 €
Rest of the world: 49,00 €
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are levied directly by the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country and are to be borne by you.
United States: Orders under 800 USD are exempt from import duties.
United Kingdom: Orders under 135 £ are exempt from import charges.
Other countries: If you have any questions, please contact your country's customs/tax authorities website.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany (Germany), for international deliveries within 2 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
