If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Deliveries abroad:
The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide. We deliver abroad within 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination country.

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria, Netherlands: 5,90 €

Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Luxembourg: 9.90 €

Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Norway, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 19.90 €

Rest of the world: 39,00 €

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are levieddirectly by the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country and are to be borne by you.

United States: Orders under 800 USD are exempt from import duties.
United Kingdom: Orders under 135 £ are exempt from import charges.
Other countries: If you have any questions, please contact the website of the customs or tax authorities in your country.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 3 days for domestic deliveries (Germany), and within 3 - 7 days for international deliveries after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
